ABOUT ME
Ashley Deadwyler-Jones is an actor, model, web series host, poet, voiceover artist and entrepreneur who resides in the Washington DC area. She received her bachelor and graduate degrees from Spelman College and Clark Atlanta University, where she studied psychology, marketing & business administration. Her background in business has allowed her to explore careers in banking, healthcare, insurance and real estate. When Ashley is not working on a new business venture, she is working on her craft as an actor; studying on camera acting, improvisation and voiceover. Ashley’s most notable work includes 3 national commercials with State Farm Insurance, where she worked alongside Rob Schneider and NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers. Ashley’s most recent role was natural as she played herself, a State Farm Agency Owner, announcing State Farm’s $2 Billion Good Neighbor Relief Program, during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Ashley can also be found educating consumers about the benefits of life insurance on State Farm’s national website. Ashley also hosted Good News Baltimore, a web series highlighting positive individuals and organizations within a city whose reputation has been tarnished with high crime and drug abuse. Ashley is also proud of her work with HBCU Highlights, where she spotlights Historically Black College & University graduates who demonstrate excellence, academically, professionally and in the community. More recently, Ashley has launched a fitness line and wellness community called TailoredByU. TailoredByU encourages women to maintain a fit-mindset by providing comfortable fitness apparel, uplifting events and exposure to health & wellness expert Ashley’s favorite roles by far include being the wife of teenage sweetheart Jacobi Jones and mother of Jacobi Jones II and Joshua Jones. In Ashley’s leisure time, she enjoys traveling, fitness, cooking, reading and spending quality time with friends & family. Ashley is a versatile artist, entrepreneur, wife and mother whose work ethic is unsurpassed. She embodies the spirit of working hard and playing harder and that’s reflected in everything she does.
